The RA200 is a 200 amp, single phase Automatic Transfer Switch is soley integrated with the RS series genset. These products are Listed to UL 1008, the Standard for Transfer Switch Safety. The switch and generator set combination is specifically designed for a simplified, quicker installation.The RA transfer switch monitors utility power 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. When utility power becomes unsatisfactory or fails; the generator set is signaled to start, then automatically transfers the load. When stable utility voltage returns, the transfer switch will automatically switch electrical load from the generator to the utility. No action is required by he home owner. The RA switch is also available in Service Entrance models. A service entrance version is also UL 1008 listed and makes use of a UL 489 listed circuit breaker.

Transfer switches protect critical electrical loads against loss of power. A standby (emergency) generator backs up the normal grid power. The transfer switch connects either the normal or the emergency supply to the load. When power is lost from the grid, the transfer switch transfers the load to the standby source. Eventually after the grid is restored, the ATS connects the load back to the grid.
The ATS-22A is a multi-function programmable logic automatic transfer switch controller. Suitable for single and 3 phase system, including all necessary monitoring and protections. It works with most transfer switch in the marketplace.
